We offer free online estimates for qualifying HVAC installations and replacements. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change following an on-site assessment by a qualified technician. A final written estimate will be provided before work begins.

2.2 Pricing

All pricing is based on the scope of work, equipment required, and local market conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any additional charges discovered during the course of a service visit will be communicated to you before proceeding.

2.3 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major debit cards, checks, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship

Pyramid Heating & Cooling Inc. stands behind the quality of our work. Our technicians are trained and experienced in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems. If a repair or installation does not meet reasonable performance expectations, contact us within 30 days and we will assess the issue at no additional labor charge.

5.2 Equipment Warranties

New HVAC equipment installed by our team may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide documentation of applicable warranties at the time of installation. Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and may require regular maintenance to remain valid.

5.3 Limitations

Warranties and guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, power surges, or failure to perform recommended maintenance. Pre-existing conditions identified at the time of service are excluded from warranty coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pyramid Heating & Cooling Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any inability to access our services. 

This includes, but is not limited to, property damage not directly caused by technician negligence, lost profits, business interruption, or equipment failure due to pre-existing conditions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Pyramid Heating & Cooling Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
